Which water level should I provide?
Provide static and pumping water levels if available, and label them clearly. If only the drilled depth is known, say which other measurements are still missing.
Can I start without knowing the total head?
Yes. Describe the operating water level, delivery elevation, pipework and required pressure. These details help define the duty before a model is confirmed.
