Can I specify third-party inspection?
Include the required inspection scope, location, timing and reporting criteria in your enquiry. Feasibility and responsibility must be agreed before order confirmation.
Are all listed products covered by the same certificate?
Certification is product- and scope-specific. Request the documents relevant to the exact model, intended use and destination; do not assume that a general logo applies to every configuration.
What warranty applies?
Warranty terms, exclusions and the handling process need to be stated in the formal quotation or supply agreement for the selected product.
