Model-specific replacements

Find the right service part
for your pump

Start with the exact pump, motor or controller model. A part number and a photograph help, but the version and interfaces also need to match before a replacement is proposed.

Prepare a service part request

Identify before replacing

Keep the parent model
with the part reference.

For a previous purchase, include the order reference. For equipment already on site, write down the available nameplate and part markings without guessing a missing number.

  1. 01

    Identify the equipment

Pump, motor or controller model; serial number or revision if available.

  2. 02

    Identify the part

Existing marking, connection, dimensions and the equipment it belongs to.

  3. 03

    Explain the reason

Describe the symptom or reason for replacement and any known changes.

  4. 04

    Confirm the proposed replacement

Review the part reference, version, interfaces, quantity and agreed supply terms.

Three common request types

Which item needs attention?

Drive or control

Keep the motor details with it.

Include the existing drive or panel model, displayed fault information and the connected motor.

PM drive requirements
Sensing component

Record the signal and connection.

Identify the sensor and the controller input. Include any existing part marking and cable information.

Sensing requirements
Pump component

Use a model-specific reference.

Include the pump model and any existing parts list or drawing reference. A replacement needs to match the relevant version.

Prepare an identification brief

Not sure which part
is causing the problem?

Start with an operating issue report. Describing what happened is more useful than ordering a part based only on a suspected cause.

A label, a clear photo and a few words about the problem can help us identify the next step. You can email photos directly to our team for review, or use the online form when available.

Prepare a support request

Hydraulic wear parts

Match the drawing.
Then match the part.

Ask about these part groups where the actual pump design provides them. Availability and separate replacement depend on the model, version and service documentation.

Part groupIdentification needed
Impellers and diffusersFull model, stage assembly, drawing item number, material and revision.
Seals and O-ringsEquipment and drawing reference, dimensions and material—not only a similar appearance.
Shaft and bushing componentsExact assembly, dimensions, mating components and version.
Motor or control componentsOriginal service reference and documented procedure. A PM motor does not use a generic AC starting-capacitor kit.
Keep the repair model-specific

Similar 100GSP and 150GSP exteriors do not establish interchangeable internal parts. Internal motor or control work needs the relevant manufacturer procedure and qualified service support.

A little help goes a long way

Not sure which detail matters?

A short description, an existing model or a photo gives us a starting point. Our team can help with the next questions.

Your next step

Send the identification details together.

Use the service record to keep the parent model, part information, symptoms and quantity in one place.

Request a quote

Series appearance reference. Dimensions, model versions and included accessories are confirmed in the quotation.
